Shipping: All orders will be shipped through UPS. We will ship to most destinations globally. Standard items displayed on this Web site will ship within 24 hours of receipt of order. Custom model work typically ships within 10 days, depending on size of order.

Return Policy
All Models Plus models are satisfaction guaranteed. Models Plus will replace a broken model or prosthetic attachment for a period of 1 year after purchase, not including shipping costs. Please contact us at 800-522-4044 or online for details about returning an item.
